Ahn Instructional Design & Technology creates highly immersive learning experiences for students of all ages. Ahn programs effectively embed technology tools into student-driven courses that provide exposure to real-world problems and issues. Students have the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions and self reflection, as well as to explore and develop their own individual passions and interests.
Based on proven technology and learning theories, Ahn courses focus on developing 21st Century skills in its students—critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and creativity– preparing them to become skilled and passionate global leaders. Since its founding in 2008, Ahn Instructional Design & Technology has developed learning and training programs for individuals, schools, businesses and other organizations. As an educator, designer and entrepreneur, founder and CEO Sam Ahn has taught and guided hundreds of students, in a wide range of programs including LEGO® Civics & Technology Learning, Language Immersion LEGO®, Techbridges 2.0 and Youth Leadership.
Ahn programs are designed to be fun and engaging, incorporating game mechanics and dynamics into the learning environment. Students gain the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to become future leaders and global citizens in an increasingly competitive world. As disruptive technologies—automation, artificial intelligence, robotics and machine learning— are increasingly replacing humans in a wide range of jobs, it becomes even more imperative that students acquire those skills that are not easily performed by machines. Programs offered by Ahn Design & Technology specialize in and are dedicated to introducing and fostering those skills and competencies in its students.
